CleantoGleam Teak Cleaner is specially formulated to bring back the original colour of teak and other hardwood. It helps restore teak to its natural light colour and, unlike many other teak cleaners, its contains non-hazardous brightening ingredients. What’s more, CleantoGleam Teak Cleaner won’t harm nearby fibreglass or painted surfaces.

How to use CLEANTOGLEAM Teak Cleaner

1. Wear suitable eye protection and rubber gloves
2. Spray the teak surface lightly with clean water
3. Shake the bottle of CLEANTOGLEAM TEAK CLEANER well
4. Apply the cleaner over the wood, using a soft cloth or sponge, one square metre at a time
5. Leave for 3 minutes to soak in
6. Work the cleaner into the wood using a stiff brush or scrubbing pad, being careful to rub the wood in the direction of the grain
7. Rinse the wood well with clean water
8. Leave wood to dry thoroughly
9. Repeat process if necessary to remove stubborn stains
10. Apply CLEANTOGLEAM TEAK SHIELD when clean and dry to protect the teak and natural colour

Top Tip

Keep the teak wet during the application process, especially on dry, hot days. If using the same cloths and brushes for both TEAK CLEANER and TEAK SHIELD, wash thoroughly when switching products to avoid them neutralising each other.

Please note: Keep all cleaning products out of children’s reach with the container upright and the lid tightly closed. Protect from frost. Always keep the product container or instruction label close at hand while in use so you can check it quickly in a medical emergency.  Avoid getting the product in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; get medical attention. Contains <5% anionic surfactants.
